Woodland Ecology pages of this site will I suspect contribute to the
largest section in Old Knobbley’s website.
It is my aim to detail all of the life within English Oak Woodland. There is a huge amount of stuff going around even the smallest tree let alone an entire environment, so this may take me a while. If you have anything to contribute – photos, knowledge, ideas on what you would like to see next within these pages please let me know.
I have tried to put the life into logical sections that will be easy to navigate. I have also tried to use a non-scientific language so that everyone can enjoy the pages. This is why I use the word types instead of species.
